We had an amazing experience and I don't think the doctor or staff could've done any better at making us feel comfortable during such a stressful situation. A local chain dentist told us an emergency root canal was necessary but couldn't help us for a week or longer. I had called over a dozen endodontists and was on the phone with another trying to get an emergency spot somewhere. Thankfully, Samantha at the front desk remembered us when they got a treatment cancellation and actually called us back. They fit us in within the hour and we were impressed at the speed with which we were taken back and placed in a room. As soon as they realized how much pain she was in, Dr. Kharazi came in with numbing before even worrying about the xray. He was very reassuring and calming during the procedure, ensuring to apply more numbing when necessary. He constantly asked if the patient was ok and made sure to remind us that we could take a break whenever we needed. Jazmine was also very good at calming and distracting my partner before and during the procedure. She answered all of the specific, anxiety-induced questions we had and was very reassuring as well. All the office staff deserve a raise!

Went to Dr. Isler for a root canal on one tooth and a re-treatment for the another tooth. After carefully reviewing all of the information he proceeded to do both teeth at the same time as they were next to each other. The procedure went very well and I would certainly recommend Dr. Isler to anyone in need of a very good Endodontist. Not sure how he performs as a hockey player?
